These stationary silk pinch pleated drapery panels are custom made to take the eye away from the small triple arches of the windows and make the overall room look and feel extra-large in comparison. Installing the drapery rod above and beyond the trim borders, gives this room the finished look it needed and takes the eye away from the large piano. The draperies are made from custom silk pin-stripe on top and a grey coordinating crushed silk on the bottom. The entire drapery is lined and interlined to ensure sunlight does not bleed through the fabric.
This treatment won second place in the 2017 International Ingenuity Workroom Competition for Specialty Window Fashions.
