In-Home Consultations are designed to help you make choices. This is where we get to know each other better. You never have to leave your home, we come to you. Based on our discovery call conversations, we bring samples of fabric, trim, and hardware for you to choose from. We will walk through the design concept, the color preferences, and functionality of the products with you as well. Before we leave we will take official measurements, photos of your space, and answer all your questions. During this time we are listening to your wants and needs for each space and offer professional advice on what will work best. Our ultimate goal is to leave you breathless with the final result, while providing the quality and value you are looking for.

As a full-service window treatment fabrication and design studio, we will assist you in fulfilling your vision through our custom window treatment interior decorating services. We listen to your wants and needs, offer professional advice, and provide the quality & value you are looking for. Providing the perfect custom window treatment for your space will help tie all of your home decor projects together.
Professional Photo Renderings
After we have taken photos of your space and verified all the fabric choices, we can help you visualize the final design with the help of our photo rendering software. This process allows us to show you exactly how the custom window treatments will look with your home decor and provides you with a visual of what you are ordering.

Custom Window Treatment Fabrication
There are three things that make custom work look custom; 1) the fabrication process, 2) the fabrics used, and 3) the installation. If any one of these is not up to par, it will downgrade the look of the other two dramatically, no matter how well they are done. Don’t let this happen to you. If you are going to spend the money on two of the three, we recommend you don’t skimp on the third. Ensure that the money you are spending goes farther, by actually getting the full custom experience. Making a mistake in any of these three categories could cost you a lot more later on. There is a lot more to the installation process than an L bracket and screws. Knowing how to hang something, to ensure it lasts a lifetime, is a skill acquired over time. Taking precise professional measurements and providing custom quality craftsmanship on all your window treatment products allows us to guarantee your order is crafted and installed exactly as designed. If you should find a discrepancy in our measurements or fabrication, notify us within 30 days of your installation date and we will promptly repair or remake your window treatments to your complete satisfaction.
3. On-Time Appointments
We guarantee your design consultant and/or your installation professional will arrive at your home on time or that you will be notified in the event of any delay. If they arrive more than one hour from the time scheduled, you will receive a $100 gift certificate to be used on any item we sell and our sincerest apologies. We strive to arrive on time. When the unforeseen happens, we want to show our appreciation for your patience.
4. Quality Product Performance Assurance
We only use quality products from proven vendors with a long track record of quality and customer service. We promise that your recommended window fashions will provide long-term performance and withstand all forms of failure during normal use for which this assurance is intended. If your recommended custom window products should fail to perform as intended within 10 years of the installation date, we will repair it correctly or issue a pro-rated credit based on the number of years your products have been installed. While we do not provide cash refunds, you may use your credit on any replacement window product we sell. No assurance can be made when products have been misused beyond the bounds for which they are intended. *Manufacturer’s warranty applies in some situations and those products will be repaired according to the manufacturer warranty. A re-installation or service call fee may apply.
